Step 3: Complete Your Booking
Proceed to checkout and finalize your booking. You are required to enter your home address (not your Saint Lucia address) when completing your booking.
Step 4: Confirm & Prepare
- Once we receive your booking, a Booking & Verification Form will be sent to you to provide all necessary details.
- Fill out and submit the Booking & Verification Form (a reminder will be sent if needed).
- Our team will verify your details and send the Rental Agreement & Payment Details (if payment hasn’t been made yet).
- Once your travel is confirmed, all booked products will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and steamed using ONLY organic products to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
Step 5: Delivery & Setup
- Rental items are delivered to your preferred location, whether it’s the airport, Airbnb, hotel, or family residence (within safe perimeters).
- If no one is available at the time of delivery to sign for delivery, A delivery email will be sent for signature to confirm the delivery.
- We provide clear instructions on how to use the items, ensuring you have everything you need for a smooth stay.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Rental
Use the equipment worry-free! If you have any questions during your rental period, we're just a message away.
Step 7: Pickup & Return
At the end of your rental period, items can either be returned by you or picked up by us at the agreed time and location.
Step 8: Inspection & Security Deposit Refund
- Each item will be checked for any damages or missing parts.
- If items are returned in their original condition, the security deposit is refunded. In case of damages, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost.
Step 9: Share Your Experience!
We value your feedback! A Feedback and Review Form will be emailed to you—share your experience with us and let us know how we did. Your insights help us enhance our service and continue providing the best for our customers.
Step 10: Re-listing
Returned items are cleaned, sanitized, and steamed before being re-listed for future rentals.
